Pricing

Factors

For accurate pricing, please contact us to receive a quote for your order. All prices listed are factors that affect your price and need to be combined with garment price. Please also view our Products tab to see individual items with their prices.

On receipts, cost is broken down between the garment and the print.

​

**After 6 months, any items that have not been picked up become the property of Artistic Image**

​

You may provide your own garments for decoration, but we do not guarantee the item in event of mistakes, manufacture error, or incompatibility with the process chosen (some polyesters will melt when curing the ink or applying vinyl).

  • Minimum order of 12 items. For designs with 4 or more colors, a minimum order of 30 items will be required.

​

  • One time set-up charge of $20 per screen color, with a maximum of six colors

​​​

  • One screen can include a left chest imprint and a back depending on image size.

​

  • Average turnaround time is two to three weeks

​

  • Two imprint locations are included in the cost of the shirt (e.g. left chest and full back). Additional locations, such as a sleeve, will be an additional charge per garment.

​

  • Color of imprint can be changed once per screen without charge to accommodate for printing on light and dark garments.  Each additional change of color is a $5.00 flat fee.

​

  • You may provide your own garments for screen print, minimum order of 12 pieces still required. Cost is $6 per single location or $8 for two locations.  We can not guarantee your garment.

  • Art fees are $20 per hour of time it takes to create your design

  • Customer provided artwork must be in vector format (.ai, .eps, or .cdr) for screen print, in image form (.jpeg, .gif) for DTG, or in digitized format (.emb, .dst) for embroidery

SCREEN PRINT

ARTWORK

SHIRT VINYL

  • 6" numbers are $1.50 each

​

  • 8" numbers are $1.75 each

​

  • Names on the back of jerseys are $3.00 each

​

  • Cost starts at $1.50 per inch in standard colors, custom colors (glitter/neon/reflective) can be more expensive

SIGN VINYL

  • Starting at $1.50 per inch for regular colors and $2.00 per inch for custom colors (metallic/reflective) Quantities over 80 total inches will have a reduced price.

​

  • For use on vehicles, license plates, banners, magnetic, metal, and plastic signs

​

  • Printed vinyl and banners may be outsourced.

EMBROIDERY

VINYL

  • Embroidery cost is $1.00 per 1,000 stitches with a minimum charge of $5.00.  Large or high stitch count items (20k stitches+) are $0.75 per 1,000 stitches (price freeze at $15.00 until 20k stitches reached).  Discounts apply for multiple locations and 24+ items.

  • A discount will be given for orders of 24+ items or items with more than one location being embroidered if the second location is less than 5,000 stitches (Left Chest logo + Right chest name, name will only be $3.00).

​

  • No minimum number of garments, you may provide your own garments at no additional charge, but we can not guarantee your garment. 

​

  • A one-time digitizing fee applies to all new designs (at a rate of $20 per hour charged by 15 minute intervals). Average cost for new logos is $5 plus embroidery cost.

​

  • Artwork and most digitizing done in house

  • No minimum order

​

  • Cost ranges from $4 to $15 for shirt prints.  This is dependent almost entirely on the size of the print (Left chest being $4.00 while a large full front/back would be closer to $15.00).

​​

  • Artwork fees will be charged on designs that take more than fifteen minutes to create. Cost will be $20 per hour, charged by 15 minute intervals ($5/15 minutes).

​

  • Ideal for images with a large number of colors or small orders (less than 12 pieces)

​

  • Due to the nature of this process, select garments and brands achieve the best results/most vibrant prints. If interested in purchasing a shirt with DTF prints, please speak with one of our staff to pick the best item for you.

STATIONARY

  • One time $10 set up fee for most designs.  Lengthy artwork times will incur extra fees, but you will be warned ahead of time.

  • We will attempt to find the best price on the product that also fits your needs for delivery time.

​

  • We subcontract these items at minimal cost for reorders.
